CDRv5 Collector

The ActuCall™ Collector (CDRv5) ‒ CDRv5 Collector ‒ is a set of Windows programs that sniff VoIP telephone network and generates Call Details Records (CDRs) and Call Progress Messages (CPMs) that can be forwarded to the CDRv5 reporting solution.

CDRv5 Dashboard

CDRv5Dashboard is an iOS and Android application that provides an overview of the performance of a call center’s performance. The statistics generated by ActuCall™  allow the user to monitor basic Metrics. CDRv5Dashboard receives its data from the CDRv5Collector.

FUNCTION

ActuCall™ CDRv5 obtains its call records from various sources including telephone companies’ feeds, flat files and others. It is designed to add plugins to create new sources of information such as VoIP , and soon the collection of lost LiveChat.

WHAT DOES ACTUCALL™ PROVIDE?

CDRv5 reporting is scalable and can accommodate low to very large volumes of call records. CDRv5 Call reporting provides a comprehensive set of standard or custom reports based on real-time or archived call records. Its open database architecture allows integration of the Call record information to any corporate framework.
